Medical Aid Members:

This Practice sends accounts directly to Bonitas, Discovery Health (and their DPA Arrangement A participants), Fedhealth, Gems, and Polmed. However, you are responsible for unpaid fees.

Other Medical Aids and Private Patients:

·  You will be expected to settle your account after each appointment.

· Payments can be made by card. We do not accept cash.

· Please submit your statement directly to your medical aid for reimbursement.

· The account remains your responsibility at all times.

CONSULTATION FEES

Tariffs are based on guidelines provided by the private healthcare sector:

• R4800 per the first consultation of 90 minutes

• R3500 per consultation of one hour or part thereof

• R2300 per consultation of half an hour or part thereof

Missed appointments or appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full. We reserve the right to charge you (not your medical scheme) the consultation fee as a cancellation fee, as we have kept the slot open for you and could not assist another patient.
